Our trading hours have recently changed, and will most likely look a little weird. Our store will now be open for walk-in customers 9am to Noon Tuesday to Saturday, and will continue to remain closed Sundays and Mondays. We enormously appreciate just how many machines we are booking in, and because machine servicing is not something you can rush, we’ve decided to reduce our open-door hours. This will allow us to concentrate on machine servicing in the afternoons, so we can deliver a reasonable servicing turn-around time.
We understand that this reduced window might be tricky for some, and you’ll be able to drop off and collect your machine, or test sew a machine you’re thinking of purchasing, by appointment outside of these hours if needed. Likewise, we will be making appointments for all classes in this afternoon space too – allowing us to meet the high demand that we also are finding for our private lessons.
