Pricing was spelled out up front and they kept in touch with us regarding the repair and costs, so there was no surprise when we went to pick it up. Woohoo! Once again Mike and Penny have cared for my Brother sewing machine. The service was exceptional.... and the price excellent.. and best of all the machine is back sewing on my table!
